Discover Cantarelle Gin de Provence

The Domain of Cantarelle is located in Brue-Auriac, in the region of Provence. Founded in 1974, it grew in the 2000s to become the largest vineyard of the Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC.

The autenticity of the “terroir”, its colours, its perfumes and its landscape immediately seduced Pascal Debon, CEO of Cap Wine International, who decided to purchase the wine estate in 2017.

The rosé wines of Cantarelle are expressive, fresh and elegant. Through innovating wine making, Cap Wine’s ambition is to create an exceptional wine experience.

In 2019, a beautiful adventure began: the construction of a distillery to produce this gin inspired by Provence.

Pascal Debon installed a Charentais pot still in the winery on the Domain of Cantarelle. This pot still comes from the Spirits Valley in the Cognac region, well-known for its know-how and its outstanding spirits.

For the first time in the Var, a true craft distillery is created within a wine estate. It is the birthplace of Cantarelle Gin de Provence, in the middle of the vines, nested in a beautiful haven of greenery.
