Discover Cantarelle Gin de Provence

The Domain of Cantarelle is located in Brue-Auriac, in the region of Provence. Founded in 1974, it grew in the 2000s to become one of the largest private vineyards of the Coteaux Varois en Provence AOC.

In 2025, MAISON CANTARELLE opened a new chapter in the history of the estate, marked by creativity.

The rosé wines of Cantarelle are expressive, fresh and elegant. Quality, creativity, and production of wines that are perfect for moments of conviviality are at the heart of MAISON CANTARELLE team’s motivations.

In 2019, a beautiful adventure began: the construction of a distillery to produce this gin inspired by Provence.

A Charentais pot still is set up in the winery on the Domain of Cantarelle. This pot still comes from the Spirits Valley in the Cognac region, well-known for its know-how and its outstanding spirits.

For the first time in the Var, a true craft distillery is created within a wine estate. It is the birthplace of Cantarelle Gin de Provence, in the middle of the vines, nested in a beautiful haven of greenery.
